Arie di Danza: the photo-sound concert by Duo Alterno
Can music be a promoter of Agenda 2030 and raise awareness of critical environmental issues? The Duo Alterno of Rive Gauche Concerti claims it can and proves it with Arie di Danza, the concert on Thursday 6 July at 9 pm in the courtyard of Biandrate Palace.
The music association, a partner of Reale Foundation with the Alta Pressione project, has been active for more than 30 years in Italy, Europe, Chile, the United States, South America and China and specialises in the diffusion of 20th-century and contemporary classical music both in Italy and abroad, with a particular focus on social and environmental issues.
A key element of the Duo Alterno's performance will be the photo-sounds, recordings in a natural environment that will blend with Riccardo Piacentini's piano and the voice of soprano Tiziana Scandaletti, in the performance of dancing music by Manuel De Falla, Giacomo Puccini, Kurt Weill, Ennio Morricone, Astor Piazzolla and Piacentini himself.
Starting at 8.30 pm, it will also be possible to actively participate in the creation of the Mandala of the Giorgio Bisacco Territorial Centre, which will colour the courtyard for the duration of the concert.
For a more complete experience, from 15.00 to 20.00 it will be possible to visit both the Historical Museum and the Sale Auliche.
We look forward to seeing you there!
